Due to the current lockdown restrictions in Shanghai, there are some essential steps guests must take in order to be able to travel. There is currently no transportation possible from Shanghai Pudong International Airport if guests are denied boarding for any reason.

To ensure a smooth journey, all travellers must:

• Hold a negative PCR test result taken no more than 48 hours before the flight departure. Applies to all guests.
• Check in online before they arrive – open from 30 hours before departure.
• Be Verified to Fly – guests can get Verified from 72 hours before the flight.

Guests should allow extra time to travel to the airport, our check-in desks will open 3.5 hours before departure.
