Etihad Airways is offering options for disrupted guests due to the tropical storm Khanun.  Due to the Tropical Storm Khanun which is scheduled to hit Seoul ICN, Etihad Airways is offering the following options for passengers who have purchased tickets on and before 09 August 2023 for travel to, from and via ICN who may now wish to alter their flight plans.

All tickets issued on 607 documents.

Rebooking

• Ticket should be reissued on or before 17 August 2023.
• Rebooking permitted on EY ops EY* or same carrier** and RBD as booked originally
• Change fees are waived for this one instance only, any subsequent changes will be subject to normal reissue fees.
• No fare difference to be charged for tickets reissued in the same RBD as the original booking.
• Fare difference to be collected for all other scenarios
• No show fee applies when the guest(s) books on a flight which operates and is a no show.

Cancellation/Refund

• Refund is permitted free of charge for all guests impacted.
• Refund on partially utilized ticket must be calculated based on pro-rate of sector flown.
• Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark “CW007-2023 for Tropical storm Khanun”
