Etihad Airways is offering options for disrupted guests due to the to the suspension of carrier BELAVIA (B2).  

Etihad Airways is offering the following options for passengers who have purchased tickets on and before 14 August 2023 with carrier B2-EY interline PNR.

All tickets to be refunded on or before 28 August 2023.

Fully ununtilized tickets

• Changes are not permitted; only full refund is allowed with no penalty or administration fee.

Partially unutilized tickets

• If guests already started their journey, tickets can be re-issued to travel from/to MOW on EY ops EY on the lowest available RBD in the same cabin. All re-bookings are subject to availability on flights and must travel +/- 7 days of the date of the original booking or refund the unused portion of the ticket with no penalty or administration fee along with the unused taxes.
• Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark “CW008-2023 for Carrier B2 suspension”
