Etihad Airways offers the following options for passengers travelling between 09 October and 20 October 2023 from and to Amman (AMM)  for ticket issued on or before 09 October 2023.

Reissue:

• Guests are permitted to rebook as per original routing for travel on or before 20 October 2023
• Rebook on the original RBD or the lowest available RBD in the same cabin.
• If tickets involve a return journey, the return can be rebooked as per the original length of stay or for a shorter period.
• Fare difference, change penalty, no-show fees and GSF are waived for the above scenarios.
• For all other scenarios fees and difference fare will apply

Refund:

• Refund of the unused portion of the ticket is permitted free of charge.
• The refund of partially used tickets is calculated on prorate basis.
• Refund penalty, no show fee and administration fee are waived.

Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark “CW012-2023 FOR AMM FLIGHT”
